How we work with lawyers
We are not a law firm. Our documents are built to each state's and province's rules.
Lawyer review is a flat fee. The lawyer, not Succession Plan, gives the advice.
Lawyers are never paid a share of what you pay us, and never paid for referrals.
How we work with valuators
The 5-minute check gives an estimated value range. It is an estimate, not a formal valuation.
When an owner needs a formal valuation, a credentialed valuator does that work and signs it. We name them when they are engaged.
We never act as both your advisor and your valuator on the same deal.
