Encryption everywhere.
Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). The most sensitive information, like Social Security numbers and account numbers, gets an added layer of field-level encryption.
You control access.
You decide exactly who sees what. Set permissions for each person you invite: view only, help edit, or access only after you pass. Change permissions at any time.
Every access is logged.
We keep a complete record of who viewed or changed anything in your plan, and when. This record protects your family with a clear history.
SOC 2 security standards.
We follow SOC 2 Type II security standards, including audit logging, access reviews, and formal change management.
Sign-in codes, not passwords.
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your phone or email. There is no password to remember or lose. We designed it to be gentle: large, clear code entry.
Your documents are always yours.
If you ever cancel your plan, you keep full read and download access to every document you completed. We never hold your family's documents hostage.
