How signing works in Yukon

Signing your will

  1. Print your will on paper.
  2. Gather two adult witnesses who are 19 or older. They should not be people named in your will or their spouses.
  3. Sign at the end of your will while both witnesses watch.
  4. Each witness signs while you watch.
  5. Keep the original somewhere safe.

Yukon does not allow electronic wills. You print your will and sign it in ink.

We give you a printed signing checklist for each document.
